Class Update - 11/23/2020

Hi there! It's time for another class update, where we share interesting things that are going on in the Erdkinder class of MMEC. Without further to do, let's get straight into things!

Pro-F

Lately we have been busy preparing for our winter sale. We're going to be selling printed Christmas cards, and hand sanitizer. This week we're going to start making the cards, by carving a design into a piece of linoleum, rolling paint on it, and then using it to print the design on the card. We're also starting to test hand sanitizer formulas to find the best one to sell.

Student Led Conferences

This Thursday and Friday the grade 3s, 6s, and 9s are going to be having student led conferences, where they show their parents what they have been working on recently. Usually it's all grades, but this year it's only a few due to COVID-19. Speaking of COVID-19..

COVID-19

So far no one in our class has gotten COVID-19, however one of our French teachers that usually comes in on Tuesdays and Wednesdays has unfortunately tested positive, and as such we are not having French class for a few weeks until things get better.
