Veterans' Week!

Recently, the class has been spending a significant amount of time preparing and advertising for our winter and chocolate sales, this includes our designated managerial time on Mondays as well as Friday afternoons which are reserved for product making. Speaking of managerial, with the exception of the managers, everyone switched roles and we spent the first few minutes of our days getting accustomed to our new jobs. You may have noticed that I mentioned product making on Fridays, a.k.a. the newest addition to our schedule! As of October 22nd we have been using our Friday afternoons to make our products and sometimes practice self expression through visual art.

I would also like to mention our Remembrance Day assembly, which we hold to honor the brave soldiers who lost their lives fighting for our country. The assembly will feature a video that has kindly been put together by Mr. Blaise. Our class will also be watching an interview with a veteran provided by The Military Museums to even further our understanding of the hardships that soldiers on the front lines face.
